I hope you're all doing well. It might be helpful to begin this blog with a brief introduction.

We are second-year students at the International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuantan Campus, studying Bachelor of Radiography and Diagnostic Imaging.

While we cannot avoid becoming unwell at some point in our lives, we may constantly strive to live a healthier lifestyle. Any threat's influence on the body is a delicate balancing act. Different people react to the same "danger" in different ways.
